Do you accept International Orders?

No. Beginning August 15, 2001, Healthcarewear.com will no longer accept any orders from outside the contiguous 48 states. The only exception to this will be Alaska. We are sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause.

What is your return policy?

The following guidelines apply to all returns and exchanges:

All returns and exchanges must be pre-approved by Multi-Line Industries. You must contact us for return authorization (800-521-2672). Packages not in compliance with our return procedure will be refused and returned to the sender at their expense.
All returns must be made within 10 days of the initial receipt of goods. Customer is responsible for all cost of freight for shipping of exchanges.
Except in cases where we consider products to be defective, we will not accept any garment that has been worn, soiled, altered, damaged, or laundered. All tags should be attached to garments

Do you sell other products besides those listed on your web-site?

Yes. Our web-site contains some of our most popular items. If you see a product that you are looking for, but not shown on our site, odds are we still carry that product. Call us at 800-521-2672, tell us what you are looking for, and let us save you 30%-40% on that item. We also carry a complete line of Men's Suits from Hardwick, Sewell, and Palm Beach, Arrow and Hathaway Dress Shirts, Red Kap Industrial Wear, corporate apparel, many name brand golf shirts, and casual wear.
